Maybe a week or so ago Tommy brought up how delicious it would be to have a warm, gooey, yummy pizookie for dessert. A pizookie is a fresh, just out of the oven cookie with scoops of ice cream on top. Craving one yet? There are all different types, but the chocolate chunk is by far our favorite...SO off to google I went.
Google Search: BJ's Pizookie Recipe
Results: SUCCESS!
Here is the link to all the BJ's pizookie recipes, but I have listed my favorite below. ...with a few minor changes to the original recipe.

**A 6 inch cake pan is the best! These can be found anywhere, but I got mine from Hobby Lobby on sale!
3. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until cookie begins to brown. Cool for a minute or so, add 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream, and serve...with 2 spoons.
